1. Agreement
These terms apply when you download or use an app published by Hoanio Studio on Google Play, or visit hoanio.com and easy.hoanio.com. By using them, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. The Google Play Terms of Service also apply to anything you get through Google Play.
2. Using our apps
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use our apps on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, resell or redistribute the apps, or try to extract their source code, except where the law allows it.
3. Ads and in-app purchases
- Our apps are free to download and are supported by ads.
- Some apps offer optional in-app purchases, such as removing ads. Purchases are processed by Google Play and linked to your Google account. To restore a purchase on a new phone, sign in with the same Google account.
- Refunds follow the Google Play refund policy. If you have a problem with a purchase, email us and we'll do our best to help.
4. Acceptable use
Please don't use our apps to harass, deceive or harm other people — for example, by sending spam, misleading messages or offensive content made with our text apps. You are responsible for what you create and share.
5. Apps that change system settings
Big Font changes your phone's system font size, with your permission. You can return to the standard size at any time, in the app or in Android's Settings. Most apps follow the system size, but some apps may look different or ignore it; we can't control how other apps display text.
6. Not a medical device
Big Font, our magnifier features and the guides on Hoanio Easy are made to help with reading and everyday phone use. They are not medical devices and do not diagnose or treat any condition. If your eyesight changes, please see an eye-care professional.
7. Prank and fun apps
Smashman shows a simulated broken-screen effect for fun. It does not damage your device. Please use prank apps kindly and never to frighten or deceive someone in a harmful way.
8. Ownership
The apps, their designs, icons, names and the content of our websites belong to Hoanio Studio. Google Play and Android are trademarks of Google LLC. Other names may be trademarks of their owners.
9. Disclaimer
We work hard to make our apps reliable, but they are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't promise that an app will always be available, error-free or compatible with every device.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Hoanio Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, arising from your use of our apps or websites. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection laws that cannot be excluded.
11. Changes
We may update these terms when our apps or the law change. We'll update the date at the top of this page. If you keep using our apps after a change, the new terms apply.
